I've been writing, and subsequently blogging, since first grade. My parents helped me set up my first blog, of the same name as this, and guided me through writing and posting. My mother gave me the name of the blog; I've carried it since.
And I wrote. Sporadically, with no schedule, no theme, no goal. I just wrote, and posted.
In the beginning, my writing was elementary (pun very much intended). As the years went by, however, it grew, and changed. The things I wrote, the way I wrote them, grew as I matured and developed. The evidence is in my blogs. I haven't changed anything from my previous posts. I haven't deleted any posts. This blog, as much as it is to showcase my writing, is also a record of how I have changed, not just my writing.
In 2016, I created my second blog. I had just started really drawing, and I wanted to share, to chart my progress as I improved. I haven't updated it since 2017, but I haven't abandoned the blog, or the hobby. It will continue anew, in this blog.
Now, on April 19th, 2020, I come back with a third blog, a blog I have created to keep everything I write and create in one place. It's a cumulative blog; I will be re-uploading almost all of my previous posts, but I will write new ones, too. Posts from the original aditi's simple thoughts will be under Poetry or Prose, whereas posts from gallery of imagination will be under Drawing. I'm keeping everything in the re-uploads, including the typos. I'll branch out, encompass more of my hobbies, of my thoughts, in this blog. For those who have stuck with me for so long, thank you! For those who will join later on, I hope you will stay!
